Someone cut the barbed wire at our sanctuary and dropped off Jenny-Lynn and her mate. They were discarded like yesterday's trash. Both were heart worm positive and Jenny was expecting. She was so malnourished and riddled with heart worms we did not think she would survive the birth. Boy, did she put our doubts to rest. She is an absolutely great dog and was an even better mother to 12 puppies ALL of which survived! Now it is her turn to be taken care of, she has been spayed. Are you the kind family for her. She is very timid but warms up easily and is extremely gentle. She is a small lab mix with one beautiful ice blue eye. She is good with children and gets along well with other dogs. She loves to be petted and get attention from humans. She has completed Heartworm Treatment and is ready to go.
