Specks was dumped at the pound, adopted, then returned after two days because he was not house trained...they do not come that way!!! He is a young boy who is very sweet and energetic. He will need some additional training but will be a fast learner. He is in a foster home to learn the needed skills!! But he has running around in the backyard down to a science.
