Monique was rescued from the St Martin parish pound just in time before she was to be put down . The rescuer called ARF to see if we could help and we got a surprise.....Monique was thought to be an expecting mom!! She is a darling 4 year old, 13 inch Beagle with a great personality and looks to match!! But she is not pregnant so she will be spayed and available for adoption soon. She does have pigment impairing the vision in her right eye due to an old injury but it does not slow her down. This is a wonderful little dog!
