Meet Roscoe. He is a small mix/ possibly Spitz or Pomeranian mix that is approx. 2 years of age. ARF-LA was asked to take him after a kind person found him and could not keep him.
He is still young so he is a playful, yet laid back boy that loves to snuggle . He is good with children, and other dogs. Roscoe is crate trained, and house broken. He likes to go on walks and walks very well on a leash. He is quite handsome and the curl of his tail is one of the first things people notice about him and always smiling.
