Hi, my name is Koda. I'm a 1 yr. old, male Bassador (Basset Hound and Labrador Retriever) weighing about 40 lbs.  I am the perfect size for an apartment, smaller home or family looking for smaller dog with the big Lab personality.  I am calm, friendly, very affectionate, intelligent, and loyal with a silly disposition. I am happy-go-lucky boy who loves everyone. I would be at my best in a home without small dogs or young children, I only want to play and because of my size they think I am chasing them and feel intimidated.  I am learning to walk well on leash, crate trained and now working on house training.  I know the sit command really well; still working on down, stay and leave-it.  I do not care about toys very much, just prefer to be by you; whether going for a walk, snuggling to watch TV and I LOVE belly rubs.
