Meet Kelsey, a 7 yr old scruffy terrier mix, weighing at 23 lbs.  We are not sure what her breed mix is but we know she is 100% adorable and 100% sweetness! Kelsey is a gentle little lady and very friendly with everyone she meets adults and children, dogs and even cats. She is a low keyed girl that enjoys receiving belly rubs and wants nothing more than to just hang out with you where ever you are, whether cuddling to watch TV, going for a stroll or a drive to the park, or just to lay by your feet when reading a book or sitting at the computer.  Kelsey is crate trained and housebroken with wonderful manners.   She is just the PERFECT little companion that would easily fit into almost any situation/family dynamic.  To adopt Kelsey complete our online adoption application @ http://www.arfla.org/info/adoption
