Meet Cooper the beagle.  This adorable young man had a very rough beginning when he was rescued from a shelter.  Cooper loves the company of other dogs, small or large he loves them all.  He even seems to like cats.  Cooper is house broken with supervision and crate trained.  Because of his unknown past he is shy and scared when meeting new people, and takes time to trust.  He is looking for a caring and compassionate home with family members that will help build his confidence and understands that he is a bit shy when meeting new people.  Cooper is much more comfortable around women, and is ok around children although they do make him more nervous.  You can apply to meet and adopt Cooper at https://www.arfla.org/info/adoption
