Meet Sparky, a lovable and silly boy.  Sparky is a Chihuahua mix, 11 lbs, estimated DOB: 7/8/2018.   He is an energetic happy boy with a silly personality.  Sparky loves back scratches and belly rubs (as you will see in his video).  He requires a secured fenced in yard, unfortunately no apartments as he is a runner if he were to get out.  Sparky is leash trained, crate trained, obedient, playful, affectionate, eager to please, intelligent, and goofy.  He is housebroken and would do well best in a home with no children or only older respectable children over the age of 13.  Sparky is good with small to medium sized dogs, not comfortable around large dogs.  Open your heart and home to this delightful boy and you will have a special friend.   If interested in adopting please read about the Adoption Requirements, Fees, Forms & Process and apply with our online application @ https://www.arfla.org/info/adoption.  Updated 08/31/2020
