Meet Beli, a handsome male yellow Labrador retriever, 119 lb. DOB: 10/23/2016.  He was surrendered to us by his family that did not have the time to devote to him like he needed.  Beli is a sporty boy who can fetch, sit, down and comes when called; the perfect outgoing companion for an active person/family.  “He is an active and incredibly smart boy who likes nothing more than to run and play with his humans.  With a little daily attention, you'll have a friend for life."  This big boy is excellent on lead and would make a good walking/running companion; even jogging alongside of you. He is also great with other dogs, so would be a joy to take to the beach or dog park and he just loves riding in the car.  Beli is crate trained and house broken.  He bonds incredibly strongly with his "special person" and stays by your side.  He is very eager to please his owner and enjoys belly rubs and back scratches. Beli is a well-trained boy, that just needs owners that will take the time to give him a refresher course and establish a good exercise/fun play routine.  He would flourish best in a home with a firm but loving pack leader, and someone that would guarantee lots of physical and mental exercise.  Beli must have a large secured fenced yard.  He'd suit an active person/family with older children who wants an outgoing and friendly companion.  If interested in adopting please read about the Adoption Requirements, Fees, Forms & Process and apply with our online application @ https://www.arfla.org/info/adoption.  Updated 09/30/2020
