This speckled pup was one of the forgotten dogs of the hurricanes. He originally evacuated New Orleans, then had to evacuate Western Louisisana. He wound up separated from his owners and they have so much else to think about they have moved on. This guy has known most of his life traveling and is ready for a forever home.
