JC is a 10 year old Chihuahua who was owner surrendered by a hurricane victim. She was faced with having to move a few states away and being unable to bring her friend with her. So JC is here with us looking for a new home. HE is 10 but Chihuahua's can live a long life to 18 or more. He is not the typical snappy chi he likes other dogs and people too.
