UPDATE: Jeannie was adopted but returned because they did not have time for her. She is a loving dog who loves people and other dogs alike. She loves kids.
Jeannie was owner surrendered at the pound and left as forgotten. Until and ARFangel decided to foster her. She is a sweet rat terrier with a long tail. She has a beautiful white coat and tri-colored head. She weighs about 15 pounds and will be rerady for adoption real soon. She is a real sweetie who loves to snuggle and play.
