NOW known as PEARL...Ollie and six siblings were suddenly ARFaned at 2 weeks old when their mother was hit and killed by a car. The 7 babies were turned into Animal Control were they would have been put down due to lack of staff to bottle feed babies. One staff member called ARF and asked if we would take these babies as ARFans to save thier lives...so we did. Now with seven hungry mouths we had to split them up into two foster homes beacuse one human Mom is not enough for 7 hungry mouths when they are all hungry at once. SO now three are with one volunteer and 4 with another.
6/24/07 Ollie is the smallest sister who has wonderful soft black fur with 4 white paws and a sweet white ring around her neck. She also has a little white milk nose as if the dunked her muzzle into a saucer of milk and white markings on her chest. She is now about 4 weeks old and have tiny baby teeth and REALLY enjoys her milky soft puppy chow and likes a little bottle still. She is the smallest one of the three I have and loves to pounce around and play "boss" barking and bouncing around. She weighed less than 10 ounces when she came to us now I am sure she is at least 1 pound.
