Layla was picked up in a cane field 4 days before she was due to give birth. An angel passed hger up and could not live with that decision so turned around. When Layla saw she was there to help her she sat down and sighed. The angel called ARF and she came to us on 1/4/09 and was placed in a foster home. Two days later 1/6/09, Layla went into labor and had 8 puppies, two of which were difficult births and one did not make it. So it is truely a miracle that she and her pups have survived. She is a grateful soul to have been saved and is housetrained. After her pups are weaned and she is spayed, Layla will be ready for her loving home. 3/14/09 Layla has been spayed but is heartworm positive and needs to be treated before she is ready.
