Twinkle is a fun-loving little girl who was found in a neighborhood with her mom and 2 other siblings. She is very playful and sweet. She is about 3 months old and about 4 lbs. She is UTD on vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. She will be spayed in the upcoming weeks.
