This is Barkley. He is a 3 year old purebred Shih Tzu. Barkley was dumped in the country and was picked up by a friend, and then she turned him over to ARF. Barkley loves humans, being spoiled, and lots of attention. Barkley is a very affectionate boy and would prefer being the only dog in the house. He loves being around children. Barkley will need someone who will spend a lot of time with him, preferably someone who does not work. Barkley is very laid back and loves to ride in the car.
