My name is Ike. I am a very tiny 4 yr old fellow with a lot of love inside. I have been in 3 homes in 3.5 years. The problem seems to be that I am not house trained. I am paper trained but I do mark. My foster mom feels neutering will help that issue and was done very recently. If someone would just have time to teach me I know I can learn. I also had some dental work done and cleaning. I love to be close to my person. My foster mom said I must be an inside dog. I cannot go to a home with young children because I am 2lbs. 4oz. She would like me to have a fenced yard so I can go out with my person, without danger. BUT would consider no fence if I used paper/pads only. Because I need training she would like me to go to a home where my new person is home a lot. Because of my past I am somewhat of a "velcro" dog. I would like a home with another very small dog.
