River is a very happy young dog. Unfortunately his life is in danger. River was given to some people who were not looking for a pet. They do not have a fenced in yard and so he is allowed to run free. This is bad enough but River chases cars! He's a sweet dog who loves children, adults, other dogs too. This boy would be so happy to have a home with some happy children to play with him. He is an inside and outside dog and is a quick learner. This dog is healthy and completely vetted.
