Meet adorable Max.  He is estimated at 3 yrs old, 13lbs and probably a Schnauzer mixed with Yorkie or Cairn terrier.  Max was rescued as a stray, matted and scared.  He is a very sweet and sometimes playful fella that wants nothing more than to have someone to call his own to share his love with.  Max is housebroken with supervision and crate trained.  He is a very special boy; at some point in his life he had a very bad bacterial infection that was not tended to and caused blindness in his left eye and limited vision in his right eye.  But that does not stop this brave boy; when he was 1^st rescued he was unable to climb stairs and now runs up and down the stairs and as you can see in his video it does not stop him from play time.  He is now on inexpensive eye drops to keep his right eye healthy.  Sorry due to his vision Max does not feel safe around young children, therefore would be best in a home with older respectable children.  He enjoys the companionship of another small to medium sized dog, as large dogs can be a bit intimidating to him.  Max also gets along well with friendly cats.  If you think Max might be a good fit for your family, contact his foster Mom @ judy.arfla@gmail.com or complete our online adoption application @ http://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/WfyHX5zP05T530beYD9ZKd
